h. Recommend Draft Ordinance Amending Title 9 (Zoning), to Rezone the Subject Property from the B3 Business District to the R7 Multiple-Family Residential District (Residential Area No. 2).
i. Recommend Draft Ordinance Approving the Preliminary/Final Planned Unit Development Plan Approval for the Conversion of the Existing Building Into a Mixed-Use Building Consisting of Two Apartments and 2,525 Square Feet Office Space and the Construction of a New 5-Unit Townhome Building.
