a. Recommend Draft Resolution Authorizing Contract to WBK Engineering in the Amount of $83,500.00 for Phase I and II Engineering Design and Specifications for the South Street LAFO Resurfacing Project.
b. Recommend Draft Resolution Authorizing Waiver of Bidding Process and Contract to LSH Technologies in the Amount of $318,950.00 for PLC and HMI Upgrades to the Geneva Generation Facility.
c. Recommend Draft Resolution Awarding Bid and Contract to Advanced Control Systems in the Amount of $42,280.00 for Electric Division Distribution System SCADA Upgrade Project.
d. Recommend Draft Resolution Awarding Bid and Contract to L&S Electric in the Amount of $49,000.00 for South Street and Western Avenue Substation Maintenance.
e. Recommend Draft Resolution Authorizing a Professional Services Agreement with Hawksley Consulting/Baxter Woodman in the Amount Not to Exceed $64,310.00 for Phase I Stormwater Utility Study.
f. Recommend Draft Resolution Authorizing the City Administrator to Execute a Contract Change Order with CDM Smith at a Cost Not-to-Exceed $57,923.00 for Wastewater Treatment Plant Design Improvements.
g. Recommend Draft Resolution Amending the City’s Adopted Downtown Station-Area Master Plan to Change Future Land Use Designation for the Subject Property from “Single-Family Residential” to “Single-Family Attached/Row House” – Campbell Row/Midwest Custom Homes and Redemption Holdings LLC.
h. Recommend Draft Ordinance Amending Title 9 (Zoning), to Rezone the Subject Property from the B3 Business District to the R7 Multiple-Family Residential District (Residential Area No. 2).
i. Recommend Draft Ordinance Approving the Preliminary/Final Planned Unit Development Plan Approval for the Conversion of the Existing Building Into a Mixed-Use Building Consisting of Two Apartments and 2,525 Square Feet Office Space and the Construction of a New 5-Unit Townhome Building.
