The Woodridge board of trustees consists of a mayor and six trustees who are elected at-large for overlapping terms of four years. As the policymaking body of the village, the board approves ordinances and adopts resolutions. The village clerk, also elected for a four-year term, keeps all official records and maintains minutes of all board meetings.

A. RES-2016-58 A Resolution Authorizing the Mayor and Village Clerk to Execute a Certain Addendum to an Agreement for Consultant Services Between the Village of Woodridge and Prescient Solutions – Information Technology Systems and Infrastructure Resource Support

This Resolution would approve an addendum to an existing contract with Prescient Solutions specifying the October 2016 through September 2017 cost of service.

B. RES-2016-59 A Resolution Authorizing the Village Administrator and Village

Clerk to Execute a Supplemental Statement of Work with Municipal GIS Partners Inc.

The Village is a member of the GIS Consortium. This item renews the Village’s GIS Service Provider Contract with the Consortium’s service provider, Municipal GIS Partners.

C. Motion to Approve the Purchase of One (1) 2017 Ford Utility (Explorer) Vehicle from Currie Motors Fleet, Frankfort, IL through the Suburban Purchasing Cooperative - Northwest Municipal Conference

This motion approves the replacement purchase of Vehicle #363, a 2005 Ford Explorer with a 2017 Ford Utility Vehicle from Currie Motors Fleet the contract holder through the Northwest Municipal Conference’s Joint Purchasing Program.

D. RES-2016-60 A Resolution Authorizing the Village Administrator to Execute Change Order No.1 - Additional Concrete Flatwork (Sidewalk and Curb Restoration Work) to the 2016 Agreement with Strada Construction Company

This resolution would approve a change order to amend the 2016 Agreement with Strada Construction Company to add additional quantities of concrete flatwork (that is, sidewalk, curb work, and related concrete repairs) to that existing contract.

E. RES-2016-61 A Resolution Authorizing the Village Administrator to Execute

Change Order No.1 - Additional Roadway Patching to the Agreement Between the Village of Woodridge and G. A. Paving LLC, Joint Bid #2016-101 This resolution would approve a change order to the 2016 Roadway Patching Agreement with G. A. Paving LLC under Joint Bid #2016-101 thereby adding additional quantities of roadway patching to the agreement in the amount not to exceed $14,000. Including in this change order is one large asphalt patch on Illinois Route 53 at a cost of $12,000 – a restoration required following a water system excavation in the roadway.

F. ORD-2016-34 An Ordinance Granting Approval for an Amendment to the Zoning Lot Plan for the Woodward-Boughton Commercial Center and an Amendment to the Preliminary and Final RPUD Plan for Lot 203B for a Health and Athletic Club

– Planet Fitness – 8625 Woodward Avenue

RGLA Solutions, on behalf of Planet Fitness, submitted applications for and a Major Amendment to the Preliminary and Final RPUD Plan and Plat and an Amendment to the RPUD Zoning Lot Plan. The applicant is proposing to locate a health and athletic club in the approximate 20,600 square foot space formerly occupied by Ace Hardware.

A. ORD-2016-31 An Ordinance Granting Approval of an Amendment to Preliminary RPUD Plan for Parcel G, Approval of a Preliminary and Final Plat of Subdivision for Lot 5 and Approval of a Final RPUD Plan for Lot 5A and Granting Certain Variation and Deviation – Boughton & Woodward Retail Center

This would table to October 20, 2016 the consideration of Key Development Partners’ and Gallagher and Henry’s requested amendment to the preliminary RPUD, final RPUD approval for Lot 5A of the Boughton and Woodward Retail Center, and preliminary and final plat of subdivision approval for Lot 5. The first phase will be a 37,539 square foot building on Lot 5A for Value City Furniture.
