The Lombard, Illinois Economic and Community Development Committee will hold a special meeting at 7 p.m. today, May 4.
Th purpose of the meeting is to discuss a recommendation for an economic incentive agreement for Bradford Real Estate to construct a new 74,000-square-foot Mariano’s grocery store and gas station at 345 W. Roosevelt Rd.
The Economic and Community Development Committee works with corporations to ensure good working relationships. It also oversees, development, resources and grants, downtown redevelopment and Tax Increment Financing Districts.
