The DuPage County, Illinois Zoning Board of Appeals met yesterday for the purpose of holding two public hearings.

In the first hearing, Elizabeth Blair requested a variation to reduce the side yard setback from one foot to approximately one inch for a walkway at 1N538 Park Blvd., Glen Ellyn.

Heather M. Lally, of 23W414 Ardmore Ave., Roselle, requested two variations. One was to increase the fence height from four feet to six feet for a new fence within the south corner yard setback. The second was for a variation to increase the fence opacity from 50 percent to 100 percent.
