The Lombard, Illinois Zoning Board of Appeals is scheduled to meet at 7 p.m. today, April 27.
The board will hold a public hearing on whether to grant a variation from Section 155.407(H) of the Lombard Zoning Ordinance to allow for less than the minimum of 50 percent of the lot area to be open space, as required by code, from 50 percent to 48.5 percent. The request involves a development project at 515 N. Lombard Ave.
The Zoning Board of Appeals acts as advisory board to the Board of Trustees and meets on the fourth Wednesday of each month.
