St. Charles Planning & Development Committee reviews concept plan for 1224 E. Main St.

The Planning & Development Committee of St. Charles, Illinois met yesterday to discuss the concept plan for 1224 E. Main St.

The property is currently zoned for both B2 Community Business for the southern half and R2 Single-Family Residence for the northern half.

Eric Larson, the property owner, has requested to rezone the property so as to allow the existing two-family structure to be a permitted use. He also said he is interested in constructing additional residential units on the property, north of the existing house.

The committee will review the concept plan and provide feedback to the applicant.
