The St. Charles, Illinois Fire Department Foreign Fire Insurance Tax Fund Board met yesterday to review a number of purchase requests.
Requests were made for the purchase of a ceremonial fire bell ($1,460) and a new dive trailer to replace an old one at a cost of $38,000. Another request was for a trailer for the public education program and props to replace the trailer that was given to EMA for $5,900.
The committee also reviewed the treasurer's report and discussed the by-laws committee.
