The DuPage County Zoning Board of Appeals addressed several pending zoning variance requests at a public hearing during its regular meeting on Feb. 25.
Petitions included a request from Kevin Lavin for a variation to allow a second division vehicle to be stored on a residentially zoned lot at 2007 S. Vista Ave., and one from Donald Stark for a variation to allow an addition to a legal non-conforming residential use structure located on an I-1 Light Industrial zoned property for the construction of a new detached garage.
The board reviews appeals from the general public and from administrative officials relating to the DuPage County Zoning Ordinance.
