The Village of Woodbridge, Illinois Board of Trustees will meet at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, April 7.
During the meeting, the board will review an ordinance that preserves the village's volume cap in relation to private activity bonds. For this year, the village’s volume cap is set at $3,337,800. If approved, the village "will reserve the volume cap with the intent that a subsequent issuance of bonds, transfer or reallocation of such cap may occur."
The board will also vote to approve a contract for tree planting services to On The Green Solutions in the amount of $38,070.
The board will also present special awards, presentations and recognitions during the meeting.
The meeting will take place in the Werch Board Room located at 5 Plaza Dr.
