Lombard Zoning Board discusses variance request at recent meeting

Lombard

The Village of Lombard, Illinois Zoning Board of Appeals discussed the variation request regarding a detached accessory building during a recent public hearing.

The ordinance in question relates to Section 155.210 (A)(2) (b), which prohibits a detached accessory building to be located in front of the principal building that is nearest to the front lot line. The owner of the property at 95 S. Columbine (IL Route 53) made the original variance request.

The board meets on the fourth Wednesday of every month. It is charged with reviewing variation requests and making recommendations to the village Board of Trustees.
