DuPage Technology Committee approves contracts during recent meeting

Dupage

The DuPage County, Illinois Technology Committee took action during its meeting March 22, authorizing an Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between the Forest Preserve District of DuPage County (FPDDC) and the county office itself.

The IGA would establish a working agreement for special projects and proposals performed by DuPage County GIS staff, as it assists with the FPDDC ArcGIS online setup and configuration, GIS (geographic information systems) mapping and plotting support, and GPS field inventory support services. The proposal was adopted unanimously.

The committee voted to increase the amount of its contract with Telcom Innovations Group by $120,055.71. The increase would cover the purchase of new voice over IP (VOIP) compatible telephones. Other action taken during the meeting included the award of a five-year contract to Capita Technologies, for annual maintenance supporting the recently established PCMS system for Probation. This contract runs through February 28, 2021, with a total value of $286,693.

DuPage County Technology Committee is located at 421 N. County Farm Rd., Wheaton, IL.
