Carol Stream Plan Commission reviews variation requests
The Village of Carol Stream, Illinois Plan Commission discussed zoning code variations in a public hearing held during its regular meeting earlier this week.
The AT&T building at 27W245 North Ave. was the subject of one variation request, regarding a building setback.
The final plat of subdivision for Geneva Crossing (at the corner of Geneva Road and Schmale Road), including an amendment to a PUD (planned unit development), was also reviewed during the meeting.
