The St. Charles Plan Commission will review a petition regarding a proposed amendment to Chapter 17 of the city’s zoning codes at its regular meeting 7:00 p.m. Tuesday in Council Chambers at City Hall.
The city has filed a petition requesting amendments that would add clarity to Chapter 17.12's “Residential Districts,” Chapter 17.14's “Business and Mixed Use Districts,” Chapter 17.20's “Use Standards” and Chapter 17.30's “Definitions” (“Alcohol or Tobacco Sales Establishment” use category).
Following Tuesday’s meeting, the group will convene on Tuesday, March 22.
