The Warrenville Plan Commission/Zoning Board of Appeals will meet to address zoning requests in a public forum at a hearing scheduled for 7:10 p.m. March 10 at the Warrenville Municipal Building on Stafford Place.
The pending requests include 29W660 Prairie Avenue (from R-1 low density single family residential district upon annexation into O-1 Limited Office District; petitioner and property owner Mark and Rosanna Boersma), 28W531 Woodland Road (located on the east side of IL Route 59, north of Prairie Avenue) and 29W660 Prairie Ave. (R-3 single family residence).
The commission will review the costs and benefits of the requests while also considering the potential effects the changes may have on surrounding properties.
