The Warrenville Plan Commission/Zoning Board of Appeals will consider several zoning requests at a public hearing scheduled at 7:10 p.m. Thursday, March 10, at the Warrenville Municipal Building on Stafford Place.
The pending requests include 29W660 Prairie Ave. (from R-1 low density single family residential district upon annexation into O-1 Limited Office District, petitioner and property owners Mark and Rosanna Boersma) and 28W531 Woodland Road (located on the east side of IL Route 59, north of Prairie Avenue; 29W660 Prairie Avenue (R-3 single family residence).
Warrenville Plan Commission is located at 3S258 Manning Ave.
