The Westmont Planning and Zoning Commission will discuss several zoning code variance requests at its upcoming regular meeting 7:00 p.m. March 9 at Village Hall.
Most of the requests are related to the property located at 230 South Cass Ave., which is owned by SKE Property Investments. The list of issues on the variance request include the minimum square feet per building in an R4 General Residence District, the maximum allowable density in an R4 General Residence District and approval of the site and landscaping plan to build a new single family semi-detached dwelling.
The agenda also includes a request related to a zoning code text amendment to Appendix A, Section 7.06 of the Westmont Zoning Code, discussing whether the B3 special development district will allow residential uses for special use.
