The village of Lombard Zoning Board of Appeals will review a variation request, regarding accessory buildings along Illinois Route 53, during its upcoming meeting 7 p.m. Feb. 24 in the Village Hall board room.
The request specifically relates to a variation from Section 155.210(A)(2)(b) of the village’s Zoning Ordinance code, which would allow a detached building to be located at 95 South Columbine in Lombard, in front of the main building that is nearest to the front lot line.
