The city of St. Charles Planning and Development Committee held a special meeting on Tuesday, following the city’s Government Operations meeting in City Council Chambers.
The focus of the meeting was to discuss the recommendation of a general amendment to Chapter 17.18 of the St. Charles Zoning Ordinance, otherwise known as the Inclusionary Housing Ordinance.
The meeting also included an executive session, during which several items of litigation, property acquisition and collective bargaining were discussed.
