The Elk Grove Board of Trustees will make final decisions on several contract bids for required services at its regular meeting at 7 p.m. Tuesday in the Village Board Room.

Contracts up for consideration include Civiltech Engineering (design, engineering, permitting intersection improvement of Arlington Heights at Elk Grove, $14,364), Fleck’s Landscaping (turf and landscape maintenance, $80,005) and an increase in a contract with Insituform, Inc. (residential cured in place piping, $49,744.75, with total contract maximum of $3,137,118.05).

The board

also will consider requests to waive $415 in building-permit fees for a roof-replacement project at Saint Julian Eymard Church because the church is a nonprofit organization.

Trustees also will vote on Resolution 3-16, which is the adoption of the official zoning map for the village.

The regular agenda includes consideration of a resolution to authorize the mayor to execute an agreement between the village government and the Elk Grove Village Firefighters Association, Local No. 2340, International Association of Firefighters, AFL-CIO, CLC.

In

compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act and other applicable federal and state laws, the meeting will be accessible to individuals with disabilities. Those requiring auxiliary aids and/or services should contact the village clerk prior to the meeting date.
