The Warrenville Plan Commission/Zoning Board of Appeals will swear in Bob Pepple to fill the Ward 3 Zoning Board seat during its regular meeting 7 p.m. Thursday at City Hall, 28W701 Stafford Place.
Officials also
will consider residential zoning requests regarding properties at 28W517 Riverview Drive and 3S544 Curtis Ave. in which the owners plan to demolish homes and build new ones.
New agenda business includes consideration of a request for a revised plat of resubdivision at the northeast corner of Ferry Road and Chase Court by CDH/Delnor Health System.
The commission also will discuss the conceptual design for improvements to the Warrenville Trailhead along the section of the Illinois Prairie Path in front of City Hall. The commission plans to assign a member to work with city staff, a consultant and key stakeholders on the improvement project.
