The Elmhurst Stormwater Communications Committee will hold its 10th public meeting at 7 p.m. today at Elmhurst City Hall to further hammer out Intergovernmental agreements (IGAs) on flood mitigation.
The commission consists of the City of Elmhurst, School District 205 and Elmhurst Park District, which all have been trying to agree on terms for the IGAs, which must be
finalized to determine the responsibilities for the movement and flow of stormwater throughout the city.
All residents and other stakeholders are welcome to attend, and each meeting includes an opportunity for public comment. Tonight’s meeting will be video recorded, just as the previous nine public meetings have been. All meeting videos are available on the City of Elmhurst's website, www.elmhurst.org, and on the Elmhurst YouTube channel, www.youtube.com/channel/UCv9lglsTl-dC1EqQ1E6rEmA.
