The Oak Brook Board of Trustees is expected to appoint Douglas Patchin as the village's new public works director at its regular meeting at 7 p.m. today in the Samuel E. Dean Board Room in the Butler Government Center, 1200 Oak Brook Road.
Trustees also will hear a presentation from J.P. Morgan Chase on the village's investment program.
The board also will authorize the village to solicit contract bids for services that include janitorial services, golf course commodities and photocopier equipment.
The board also will review pending ordinances and resolutions that involve a contract for water-meter services, a church's fee-waiver request, police department renovations and road work.
