The City of Elmhurst Finance, Council Affairs and Administrative Services Committee will discuss and review critical elements of a pending franchise agreement between a multi-municipality consortium and NICOR Gas Corp. at the committee's meeting at 7 p.m. Monday.
Elmhurst is a member of the consortium.
In addition to the NICOR agreement, other business on the agenda includes further review of tax-increment financing incentive and sales-tax incentive requests from Wilkins Hyundai Mazda, as well as an update from the Illinois Metropolitan Investment Fund (IMET).
The meeting will be in Conference Room 3 at City Hall, 209 N. York St.
