The West Chicago Plan Commission/Zoning Board of Appeals heard several requests for a special-use permit, a variance and plats of resubdivision for developments during its first meeting of 2016 on Tuesday.
Andy Koczwara, owner of American Highway Inc. on Harvester Road, asked for a permit to expand an existing cartage and freight terminal.
CenterPoint Properties Trust in Oak Brook asked for variances to build loading and service doors between the building and the street, allow vehicle storage in the exterior side yard.
In addition, the DuPage Airport Authority asked for amendments to Airport Zoning District regulations, and two developers sought plats of resubdivision for separate properties.
