A notice of public hearing was released this week, informing the public that a public hearing before the Planning Commission of the city of Warrenville will be held Nov. 19.
The hearing will be held at 7:15 p.m. at the Warrenville Municipal Building, 28W701 Stafford Place.
The purpose of the hearing is to consider a petition to amend a zoning ordinance to define and add “therapeutic equestrian facility" to the list of special uses at 3S751 and 3S646 Glen Drive South. The petitioner for the hearing is Friends for Therapeutic Equine Activities, and the property owner is identified as the Patricia J. Mehling Trust of Ocala, Florida.
The petition is open for inspection at the Community Development Department, 3S258 Manning Ave. Anyone wishing to appear and speak at the hearing may do so.
