The Federal Aviation Administration will host four public meetings in August to solicit comments on the draft re-evaluation of the O'Hare Airport modernization Environmental Impact Statement.
Elk Grove is seeking comments from the public to support three main goals of the meetings: making the fly quiet program mandatory, funding and expanding soundproofing, and maintaining all runway options.
The meetings will provide the public a change to comment and voice its concerns. Elk Grove Village is located at 901 Wellington Ave.
