Lisle residents currently enrolled in ComEd will receive a notice on Monday regarding the company's name change.
Nine months ago, Constellation purchased Integrys, resulting in an internal restructuring and business name change to Constellation Energy Services (CES). Regulations stipulate that a notice must be sent to all customers with an announcement of this assignment of Lisle’s contract from CNE to CES.
Customers are not required to do anything as business will continue as normal.
Customers are reminded there will be no interruption in their electric service, and no changes to prices or terms of the agreement. ComEd will continue to send them an electric bill.
