The Village of Carol Stream is currently seeking proposals to purchase and redevelop a two-acre parcel of land.
The parcel, an existing single family residence, is located at 850 Vale Road.
The purchase and redevelopment will benefit Carol Stream and its residents by making more productive use of an aged structure by modernizing residential housing stock or convenient commercial opportunities.
The village will accept proposals and review each purchase and redevelopment submission received, with the goal of selecting a purchaser who will redevelop the property.
The proposal date will remain open until the village selects a suitable proposal.
