The City of Elmhurst Development, Planning and Zoning Committee will hear presentations on April 13 from two applicants who responded to the city’s request for proposals for use of two city-owned parcels in the downtown area.
The parcels at 138 and 142 North Addison Ave. comprise 22,500 square feet. Elmhurst officials said they would consider all applications to maximize use of the property.
Each presentation is expected to last roughly 10 minutes, and the proposals will be made available to the public April 14. The documents also will be included on the April 27 meeting agenda, at which time public comment will be sought.
