Fair Allocation in Runways has a new website that makes it easier to register airport noise complaints in the city of Chicago.
The website will log complaints into the city's system and send an electronic confirmation to the user if an email address is provided. Available through a computer, smart phone or tablet, the site also allows users to issue complaints regarding frequency and airport operations for multiple aircraft.
By using the "About" tab, users can view complaint locations and density, changes in complaints from different neighborhoods, the last 200 complaints reported, a comparison of monthly and annual complaints, types of complaints and frequency of complaints.
