- FM-P-0012-15 County contract issued to Nationwide Environmental & Demo, LLC, to provide time and material asbestos abatement services as needed for County facilities, for the period Dec. 12, 2014 through Dec. 11, 2015, for facilities management, for a total contract amount of $50,000, per renewal option under bid award #12-233, second option to renew

- DT-R-0005-15 Resolution — Intergovernmental Agreement between the county of DuPage and the Chicago Metropolitan Agency for Planning for the Long Range Transportation Plan; county to be reimbursed $250,000.

- DT-R-0006-15 Resolution — Intergovernmental Agreement between the county of DuPage and the Illinois Department of Transportation, for improvements to CH 38/63rd Street at Illinois Route 83, Section 06-00241-06-RP, for an estimated county cost of $27,600.

- Change Order — DT-R-0032A-14 - Amendment to Resolution DT-R-0032-14, issued to Precision Pavement Markings, Inc., for the 2014 Pavement Marking Maintenance Program, Section 14-PVMKG-02-GM, to decrease the encumbrance in the amount of $2,553.52 and close, resulting in a final contract total amount of $282,830.02, a decrease of 0.89 percent.

- Action Item — DT-R-0086A-14 - Amendment to Resolution DT-R-0086-14, issued to KFive Construction Corp., for improvements along CH 3/Warrenville Road, from Cabot Drive to the East Branch of the DuPage River, Section 11-00002-05-BT, to increase the encumbrance in the amount of $181,669.48, resulting in an amended contract total amount of $1,916,983.02, an increase of 10.47 percent.

DT-P-0003-15 County contract issued to Genuine Auto Parts, to furnish and deliver automotive repair and replacement parts, as needed for the Division of Transportation, for the period Jan. 1, 2015 through Oct. 2, 2016, for a contract total amount of $308,000; per state of Illinois cooperative purchasing agreement pricing, in compliance with 30 ILCS 525/2 "Governmental Joint Purchasing Act."

10. DT-P-0004-15 County contract issued to Santacruz Associates, Ltd., dba Santacruz Land Acquisitions, for Professional Right-of-Way Negotiation Services, as needed for the Division of Transportation, for a contract total amount of $90,000; other professional service not subject to competitive bidding per 55 ILCS 5/5-1022(a). Vendor selected pursuant to DuPage County Code Section 2-300.4-108(1)(b).

11. DT-P-0005-15 County contract issued to Triple D Valuation Services, Inc., for Professional Appraisal/Review Appraisal Services, as needed for the Division of Transportation, for a contract total amount of $75,000; other professional service not subject to competitive bidding per 55 ILCS 5/5-1022(a). 12. DT-P-0277-14 County contract issued to Hampton, Lenzini & Renwick, Inc., to perform Professional Construction Engineering Services for the Central Signal System Phase I Construction Project, Section 11-DCCSS-00-TL, for a contract total amount of $128,585.09, with 80 percent (up to $102,868.07) to be reimbursed by the state; professional services (architects, engineers and land surveyors) vetted through a qualification based selection process in compliance with the Illinois Local Government Professional Services Selection Act, 50 ILCS 510/et. seq.

13. DT-P-0287-14 County contract issued to Knight E/A, Inc., to perform Professional Preliminary (Phase I) Engineering Services for improvements to Warrenville Road over the East Branch of the DuPage River, Section 14-00124-04-BR, for a contract total amount of $194,659.74, with 80 percent (up to $155,727.59) to be reimbursed by the state; professional services (architects, engineers and land surveyors) vetted through a qualification based selection process in compliance with the Illinois Local Government Professional Services Selection Act, 50 ILCS 510/et. seq.

The meeting will be held at 421 N. County Farm Road, Wheaton.
