Isaiah Roach, 19, of the 5900 block of Warren Court appeared in First Appearance Court this morning charged with one count of Armed Robbery (Class X Felony), one count of Possession of a Stolen Motor Vehicle (Class 2 Felony), and one count of Theft (Class 2 Felony).
