Sanalitro teams up with Grant and Lewis for children’s safety expo in Bloomingdale

State Representative Jennifer Sanalitro (R-Hanover Park) will host a Children’s Safety Expo on Saturday, September 13, 2025, at Erickson Elementary School in Bloomingdale. The event is being organized in partnership with State Representative Amy Grant (R-Wheaton) and State Senator Seth Lewis (R-Bartlett).

The expo is open to families and will run from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. It will include safety demonstrations, educational resources, and activities for children.

“I’m excited to bring this important event to local families,” said Rep. Sanalitro. “Keeping kids safe is a top priority, and this expo provides tools and information families can use every day.”

Sanalitro was elected as a Republican to the Illinois State House in 2023 to represent the state’s 48th House District, succeeding Terra Costa Howard. Her district covers several communities in suburban DuPage and Cook counties, including Addison, Bensenville, Bloomingdale, Carol Stream, Elk Grove Village, Hanover Park, Itasca, Medinah, Roselle, Schaumburg, and Wood Dale.
