Silverado Grill’s Jack Island to become an Elmhurst chamber hall of famer
Jack Island, owner of the Silverado Grill on Spring Road, will be inducted into the Elmhurst Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ECCI) Civic Hall of Fame for his contributions to the chamber and the Elmhurst community at large.
