Naperville Public Utilities Advisory Board

The Naperville Public Utilities Board advises the city council, city manager and the public utilities director on rates, budgets and capital improvements for electric, water and wastewater systems. The board includes one councilmember, and five residents or persons with their primary employment in Naperville. The six-member Board gathers as needed during their three-year terms.
