Judge denies pre-trial release for two charged with burglary after high-speed chase

DuPage County State's Attorney Robert Berlin and Elmhurst Chief of Police Michael McLean announced that Judge Joshua Dieden has approved the state's request to deny pre-trial release for two men from Chicago. Kevin James sentenced to 20 years for mother's murder

A former resident of Downers Grove, Kevin James, has been sentenced to twenty years in the Illinois Department of Corrections after pleading guilty but mentally ill to the murder of his mother. The announcement was made by DuPage County State’s Attorney Robert Berlin. James, 30, appeared in court where he entered his plea before Judge Ann Celine O’Hallaren Walsh, who accepted the agreed sentence.

Chicago man sentenced to 12 years for drug induced homicide

Naperville man denied pre-trial release in animal cruelty case
