City of St. Charles Government Services Committee
The St. Charles Housing Commission is responsible for preserving the existing affordable housing stock, promoting public awareness of the need for affordable housing, encouraging and guiding market forces to build new homes, and maintaining and increasing the availability of attainable and affordable housing. It consists of nine members each serving a three-year term. The commission meets at 7:30 p.m. on the third Thursday of each month at the St. Charles Municipal Center, 2 E. Main St.
