On Wednesday, April 23, former Willowbrook High School standout Richie Popo’s current college team, the Dominican Stars, lost 15-6 in their NCAA Division III baseball game against the Aurora Spartans.
The game took place at Wintrust Field. This was their second matchup against the Spartans this season.
The Stars’ next game is scheduled for Thursday, April 24 at 5 p.m. at Wintrust Field against Elmhurst Bluejays.
