On Sunday, April 27, former Downers Grove North High School standout Ava Gusel’s current college team, the DePaul Blue Demons, lost 12-5 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Creighton Bluejays.
The game took place at Cacciatore Stadium. This was their third matchup against the Bluejays this season.
The Blue Demons’ next game is scheduled for Friday, May 2 at 12 p.m. at Washington Nationals Youth Academy against Georgetown Hoyas.
