The three bedroom, two bathroom property at 2094 Millpond Lane, Hanover Park was sold on Feb. 16 by Naseer U Rahman for $242,500. The buyers were Oluwayemisi L. and Pete O. Agboola.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $5,348.60, 2.21% of the sale price of the home.

This property last sold on Dec. 28, 2005 for $202,000.

So far in February 2022, 14 properties sold in Hanover Park.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Naseer Rahman has been registered to vote since 2008 and has voted in at least two primary elections, records show, including two Democratic Primaries.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were five registered voters residing at 2094 Millpond Lane as of Oct. 10, 2020: Zia Rahman, 32, Zainab Sultana, 24, Hadia Rahman, 52, Zeba Sultana, 29, and Naseer Rahman, 60.
