The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in Naperville in Will County rose by $1,750 while total sales decreased by 23.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were 204 homes sold, with a median sale price of $448,250 - a 0.4% increase over the $446,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 266 homes sold in Naperville in the third quarter of 2016.
