Montini Catholic graduate Estevan Moreno’s Inland Empire 66ers fall 22-21 to Ontario Tower Buzzers on July 8

On Wednesday, July 8, at 9:35 p.m., the Inland Empire 66ers, which feature former Montini Catholic High School standout Estevan Moreno, fell 22-21 to the Ontario Tower Buzzers in a MiLB game.
The game took place at ONT Field. It was the 14th meeting between the teams this season, with the 66ers trailing 5-9 in the season series against the Tower Buzzers.
Moreno went 1-for-5, scored one run, struck out twice and left seven runners on base.
The 66ers' next game is scheduled for Thursday, July 9, at ONT Field against the Tower Buzzers.
