Jon Adams' current team falls 9-2 to Charlotte Knights on July 9

On Thursday, July 9, at 7:04 p.m., the Nashville Sounds — the current team of former Hinsdale Central High School standout Jon Adams — lost 9-2 to the Charlotte Knights in a MiLB game.
The game was played at Truist Field. It was the 15th meeting between the teams this season, and the Sounds led the season series 8-7.
Adams went 1-for-3, had an RBI and left two runners on base.
The Sounds play the Knights again at Truist Field on Friday, July 10.
