On December 19, Jackson Middle School hosted an assembly where eighth-grade girls and boys basketball teams played against staff members. The event featured pop music to engage the audience and included a halftime performance by the Jackson cheerleading squad.

A statement from the school expressed appreciation for staff participation: “Thanks to the Jackson staff members who helped students enjoy a fun, schoolwide activity ahead of winter break.”
