On Friday, May 2, former York Community High School standout Lauren Derkowski’s current college team, the Michigan Wolverines, lost 4-0 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Minnesota Golden Gophers.

The game took place at Jane Sage Cowles Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Golden Gophers this season.

The Wolverines’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, May 3 at 1 p.m. at Jane Sage Cowles Stadium against Minnesota Golden Gophers.
