Friday, July 10: Nashville Sounds beat Charlotte Knights 11-9; former Hinsdale Central standout Jon Adams' team wins

On Friday, July 10, at 7:04 p.m., the Nashville Sounds, the current team of former Hinsdale Central High School standout Jon Adams, beat the Charlotte Knights 11-9 in a MiLB game.

The game took place at Truist Field. It was the 16th meeting between the teams this season, with the Sounds holding a 9-7 advantage in the season series against the Knights.

Adams went 4-for-5, scored three runs, had two RBIs and left one runner on base.
