At 9:35 p.m. Friday, July 10, the Inland Empire 66ers, the current team of former Montini Catholic High School standout Estevan Moreno, beat the Ontario Tower Buzzers 12-4 in a MiLB game.
The game was played at ONT Field. It was the 16th meeting between the teams this season, with the 66ers trailing the Tower Buzzers 6-10 in the season series.
Moreno was 1-for-3 with 3 runs, 1 RBI and 1 walk.
The 66ers are scheduled to play the Tower Buzzers again at ONT Field on Saturday, July 11.
