Former Downers Grove North High School standout Jude Warwick played in a MiLB loss on July 9

On Thursday, July 9, at 6:30 p.m., former Downers Grove North High School standout Jude Warwick’s current team, the Lakeland Flying Tigers, lost 6-5 to the Dunedin Blue Jays in a MiLB game.

The game was played at TD Ballpark. It was the ninth meeting between the teams this season, leaving the Flying Tigers trailing 4-5 in the season series against the Blue Jays.

Warwick went 1-for-5, recorded 1 RBI, drew 1 walk, struck out once and left 4 runners on base.

The Flying Tigers are scheduled to play the Blue Jays again Friday, July 10, at TD Ballpark.
