1. CALL TO ORDER

7:30 AM meeting was called to order by Warrenville Mayor (6) David Brummel at 7:30 AM.

2. ROLL CALL

PRESENT: Hinterlong, Brummel, Deacon Garcia, DeSart (Remote), Eckhoff, Krajewski, Pojack, Pulice, Tornatore, Yusuf, Zay (Remote)

ABSENT: Nero

Vice Chairman Brummel requested that the Committee allow Chairman Zay and Member DeSart to attend and vote remotely via Zoom. The motion was made by Member Tornatore and seconded by Member Garcia. The motion was passed with all ayes on a voice vote.

A. Action Item -- Action Requested: Staff is requesting approval of the DuPage County American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) Municipal Grant Recommendations.

The motion was to approve item A as presented. The motion passed with all ayes on a voice vote.

B. SM-R-0230-22 RESOLUTION -- Recommendation for the approval to enter into an Intergovernmental Agreement between the County of DuPage, Illinois and the Village of Downers Grove for the Mochel Drive Water Quality Project, for an agreement not to exceed $16,687. FY2022 Water Quality Improvement Grant.

The motion was to approve item B as presented. The motion passed with all ayes on a voice vote.

C. SM-P-0178-22 Recommendation for the approval of a contract issued to Atlas Engineering Group, LTD., for On Call Land Surveying Services, for Stormwater Management, for the period June 14, 2022 through April 30, 2023, for a contract total amount not to exceed $70,000, with the option to renew after one year. Professional Services in compliance with the Illinois Local Government Professional Services Selection Act, 50 ILCS 510/ et. seq. vetted through a qualification based selection process (Architects, Engineers and Land Surveyors). (ARPA ITEM)

The motion was to approve item C as presented. The motion passed with all ayes on a voice vote.

D. 2022-57 Recommendation for the approval of a contract purchase order to Gatwood Crane Services, to provide 'on call' crane service as needed to assist with operation and maintenance of flood control facilities, for Stormwater Management, for a contract total not to exceed $24,508, per lowest responsible Bid #22-069-SWM.

The motion was to approve item D as presented. The motion passed with all ayes on a voice vote.

E. FI-R-0229-22 RESOLUTION -- Additional appropriation for the Conservation and Recreation Fund (Wetland Mitigation Bank - Oak Meadows), Company 1600, Accounting Unit 3144, $53,788.
