A. Minutes of the November 24, 2025, Public Works & Building Committee:
Ald. Bram motioned to approve the November 24, 2025 Minutes of the Public Works & Building Committee; Ald. Irby seconded Voice vote. Motion carried 4-0 (Bastedo, Bram, Baker, Irby). Minutes approved.
B. 2026 Watermain Lining – Bid Award:
City Engineer Sianis presented the agenda item Ald. Bram motioned to approve the amended draft report; Ald. Baker seconded. Voice vote. Motion carried 4-0 (Bastedo, Bram, Baker, Irby) Amended report approved.
C. NW Elmhurst Roads Reconstructions – MFT Resolution:
City Engineer Sianis presented the agenda item. Ald. Bastedo motioned to approve the draft report; Ald. Baker seconded. Voice vote. Motion carried 4-0 (Bastedo, Bram, Baker, Irby) Report approved.
D. 2026-2031 Residential Solid Waste Collection Services RFQ/RFP:
Public Works Director Balicki presented the agenda item. Ald. Bastedo motioned to approve the draft report; Ald. Baker seconded. Voice vote. Motion carried 2-2 (Bastedo, Baker) Report approved.
